Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted within a reasonable period after delivery, provided that the product:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Includes original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Has not been modified, installed, or damaged after delivery

Certain medical products, consumables, sterile items, customized equipment, or special-order products may be non-returnable due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact Global American Aid to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, product photos, or additional information to process the request.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • A defective product

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect item sent by Global American Aid

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
